Pedro is originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and him and his family immigrated to Vancouver, BC more than two decades ago. Real Estate has always been a part of Pedro's life since his parents were successful REALTORS® for over 20 years and had their own Real Estate brokerages, both in Rio and Vancouver. Pedro's oldest brother is also a prominent Real Estate developer in the Greater Van area.

In his spare time, Pedro loves spending time with his wife Hasti, kids Joshua & Izabel and their dog Gospel. Pedro also enjoys volunteering in his local Church and community, playing Soccer and training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Pedro started his career as a REALTOR® in 2005, specializing in Residential Real Estate.

Minoo moved to Vancouver, BC in 2007 together with her family and brings 16 years of advanced English-Farsi interpretation and administrative services from many client-based areas to present an excellent customer service in the new homeland. Minoo's true color is blue! As it says her personality is calm, optimistic, and kind. She's a genuinely caring and compassionate individual who tries to see the best in others and in every situation. Born and raised in a respectful and rich culture and being from Iranian descent, Minoo has carried an extensive administrative and people interaction skillset which led her to work in sales and support industries, and a government-based office job as a Clerical supervisor in the medical field. Matheus came to Canada in 2015 with his sister and brother-in-law. He carries with him over 10 years of experience in dealing directly with the public and exceeding his client’s expectations, including in the arena of commercial real estate.

Leaving behind his own company in the Fitness industry in Brazil and being a client himself of Stonehaus’s Realty before joining the brokerage, he fully understands both sides of the transaction and is knowledgeable on what you need to look out for when choosing the right real estate agent, especially when it comes to putting the client's interest first.

Matheus has a bachelor’s degree in International Business from Brazil, which gives him the knowledge and understanding about how to deal with different cultures, and a certificate from Langara College in Personal Investing, which can also be an outstanding asset for investors.

During his spare time, Matheus enjoys the company of his family and friends, playing soccer, making barbecue and of course watching a good series on Netflix with his fiancée.
